Thanks so much for ordering from my shop. I pack every order with care, and I really appreciate your patience while your items are being prepared and sent out.

🫧 Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days before shipping.

This includes time to carefully prepare, pack, and organize your items. During busy shop periods or product drops, processing may take slightly longer.

If there are any unexpected delays, I will always try to update you as soon as possible.

📦 Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. If tracking is available, it will be included in that email.

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

  • Local orders: 1 to 3 business days

  • International orders: anytime between 4 days to 6 weeks

Please note that these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary.

🌍 International Shipping

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or local handling charges depending on your country.

These fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the buyer.

📮 Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once your order has been shipped and handed over to the postal service, I am not able to control delivery times or delays.

If your package seems delayed, I recommend checking with your local postal service first.

If your order appears lost or has not arrived after a reasonable time, please contact me and I will do my best to help you resolve it.

🏠 Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders that are lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you notice an error, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order.
